END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
Collapse-O-Mania
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between
you and Uxus Software for use of Collapse-O-Mania
("SOFTWARE PRODUCT, this software").
By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise
using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound
by the terms of this License Agreement.

Please note that this version is given to you for FREE and
it is distributing in association with QuickSearch Ltd.
This cooperation enables us to supply FREE SOFTWARE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT, ABORT THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVE THIS
SOFTWARE FROM YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY.

QuickSearch Ltd. provided us with browser plugin that collects
information about the searches you perform on the World Wide Web.
QuickSearch Ltd. servers analyzes this information
to determine most popular search requests for every country.
This allows QuickSearch Ltd. to provide more detailed
and comparative shopping information for their customers.

The browser plugin does not collect personally identifiable information !

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties, as well as
other intellectual property laws and treaties.

This license is not a sale of the software or any copy.
Except as may be required under applicable law, you
agree not to alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse
engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in whole or in part,
whether for error correction or otherwise. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. You agree not to alter, remove or
obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary
notices on and in the software.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you. In no event Uxus Software
will not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability
to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
